is seeking to recruit Record
Specialists/ Supervisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervision of data management
and access across the network.
* Develop and document records
management and conservation
strategies
* Creation of electronic catalogs for
digitized records
* Assist in Systems analysis and
document flow changes or
improvements that might be needed
* Prepare daily , weekly & monthly
reports of documents digitized
* Ensuring the personnel in records
carry out their duties efficiently and
effectively.
* Ensure quality procedures and
processes are followed according to
company regulations

QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE
* Degree/ Diploma in Information
Systems, Business and Public
Administration or related
qualifications.
* Candidates with a minimum of 3
years experience in Records
Digitization Management will have an
added advantage .
* Excellent people skills, verbal/
written communication skills as well as
strong interpersonal and relationship
building skills
* Analytical and creative problem
solving skills, questioning and
feedback skills, customer service
orientation and commitment to
quality, responsibility, high work
standards, and initiatives will be an
added advantage .
