 Job Description

Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer  

Focus: Work closely with developers and product owners throughout the development process to define, implement and execute system tests.

Job Duties

•     Developing the test strategy for the testing team
•     Preparation of test plans and scripts
•     Elaborate the test plans for various products and projects
•     Maintain high quality and accuracy up to software release
•     Prepare a test plan and a test script for each software component to demonstrate the business
•     condition under test and anticipated results.
•     Provide feedback to the development team and Software Development Manager
•     Provide estimates to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling
•     Production testing
•     Documentation of test results / test reports
•     UAT assistance to Client

Knowledge and skills

•     Understanding of testing philosophy
•     Ability to setup new test framework
•     Automated tests knowledge
•     Scripting and programming experiences
•     Right mind-set for testing and quality ensuring 
•     Attention to detail
•     Good people skills
•     Strong Customer interaction Skills

Educational Qualifications and Experience

•     Experience 3-4 years recommendable in testing Software or Software area
•     Have an IT degree (or equivalent)
