Travel Industry Manager Job in Kisumu Kenya

 Our client in the Travel Industry is seeking to recruit a General Manager to be based in Kisumu to oversee financial, administrative and marketing functions.

Duties

•     To manage revenue and costs
•     To manage H.R function
•     Prepare strategic plans and budgets
•     Monitor procurement procedures
•     Identify and evaluate potential security risk
•     Recommend changes to improve quality and reliability of services

Qualifications

•     Min 5 years’ experience in business management, planning and oversight
•     5 experience in personnel management, evaluation and benefits administration
•     Proven skills in financial management
•     Experience in working in a marine transport environment will be an added advantage
•     Knowledge of health and safety regulation

Salary: 50,000
