Due to rapid expansion, we are
seeking results oriented, highly

to fill the following vacant position;

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Ref : SST /
KE/AM / 2011

Responsible for planning ,
coordinating and directing different
services to ensure SST operates in an
efficient manner. These include
procurement of goods and services ,
facilities management, space allocation
and managing administrative staff .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor office facilities to ensure that
it remains safe, secure , and well-
maintained;
Coordinate all support services
including insurance, leases and
permits for staff;
Prepare and review administrative
reports and schedules to ensure
accuracy and efficiency
Analyze internal processes and
recommend and implement
procedural changes to improve
operations;
Acquire, distribute and store supplies
Plan, administer and control budgets
for contracts , equipment and
supplies;
Oversee construction and renovation
projects to improve efficiency and to
ensure that facilities meet
environmental, health, and security
standards, and comply with
government regulations;
Oversee the maintenance and repair
of machinery , equipment , and
electrical and mechanical systems;
Coordinate mail and document
management;
Manage leasing of facility space;
Manage the company ’s fleet of
vehicles and cafeteria services ;
Coordinate staff travel and
accommodation including logistics for
consultants;
Prepare administrative policies and
communication;
Dispose of, or oversee the disposal of,
surplus or unclaimed property .

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelors degree in a relevant field
3 years experience in a busy
administrative function

For the above position , you require to
have strong planning and organizing
skills with excellent verbal and written
communication. You must also
demonstrate the ability to work in a
highly driven environment , be results
oriented and an innovative thinker .
