Base Salary Plus Profit Sharing
PRIMARY DUTIES:
•Must be really
Networked
•Use current network
to acquire Call Center
Business for the
company
•5- 7 years of
management
experience in an
inbound/ outbound
call center
•Develop and execute
against a 1 -year plan
focused on achieving
business
•Identify the need for,
develop and
implement changes to
policies as needed
•Identify the need for,
develop plans to
address, and
implement changes to
business processes
as needed
•Partner with
personnel to pro -
actively forecast
staffing needs based .
•Set expectations on
performance then
monitor and hold
direct reports
accountable to those
expectations
•Daily reporting on
performance metrics ,
including an analysis
of trends that
impacted
performance and
action plan(s )
implemented to
address those trends
•Quickly identify and
respond to
unexpected trends in
the business ,
primarily related to
volume , irregular
operations or staffing
challenges
•Demonstrate
excellent
communication skills
with internal and
external customers
EDUCATION PREFERENCE:
•MBA Graduate

Campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:
•Candidate must
possess at least a
Bachelor' s/ College
Degree in any field .
•At least 5 year( s) of
working experience in
the related field is
required for this
position.
