Lake Basin Development Company
Limited is the commercial wing of Lake
Basin Development Authority which is
a Regional Development Authority
mandated to spearhead Development
within the Lake Victoria Basin and its
catchment regions, with a view of
“fostering sustainable development
and empowerment of the
communities” .
In view of this , the following positions
are open for application from
qualified candidates.

REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
To mange sales in the designated
Region and be responsible for delivery
of the budget goals ;
Responsible for merchandising and
sales promotion in the region ;
Responsible for prompt
communication with the head office
on sales related issues ;
Responsible for revenue collection in
the region;
Provide market intelligence to aid
decision making ;
To manage the sales budget for the
region;
Responsible for resolution of all
customer complaints in the region ;
Responsible for preparation and
submission of sales reports for the
region

REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Business Management with
not less than 3 years experience in a
sales position.
A degree in the relevant area will be
an added advantage ;
Excellent communication and
negotiation skills;
Highly computer literate;
Strong sense of responsibility and
accountability;
Self motivated and focused on
delivering results against set objectives
with minimum supervision .
