seeks to recruit a young talented
Kenyan for the following Job In Kenya.
REAL ESTATE SALES & MARKETING
EXECUTIVE JOB.
Reporting to the Managing Director ;
the sales marketing ROLES include ;
*Responsible for Sales of the
Company’s properties
*Follow up leads generated , conduct
effective meetings and close deals
*Find new clients to meet sales target
*Marketing the real estate’s – creating
marketing strategies within set targets
and budgets
*Prepare and execute sales
presentations and monthly sales
reports .
*General office administration
including maintaining customer
accounts and collections .

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
*University graduate (business studies)
or equivalent
*Minimum 3 years experience ,
preferably marketing real estates
*Good communication skills and IT
literacy
*High integrity , results and growth
oriented with ability to deliver with
minimum supervision.
*Accounting skills & clean driving
license would be an added advantage
