Job Summary

The successful candidates will be
responsible for:
•Developing new
business and revenue
streams
•Achieving set targets,
•Growth of company
market share,
•Execution of high
levels of customer
care
•Retain the already
secured portfolio to
ensure growth is
sustained.

QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s Degree in
a Business related
field / Diploma in
Sales and Marketing.
•Diploma in Shipping.
•3 years’ experience in
a busy sales and
marketing
department,
preferably in a C&F
and shipping
company.
•Experience in
shipping, logistics and
C&F will be an added
advantage.
•Must be computer
literate.
•A clean driving
license
•Certificate of good
conduct is an added
advantage.

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES
Location: Mombasa & Nairobi
Wage/Salary: Negotiable
Start: Immediately
Duration: Permanent
Type: Full Time
Job Summary
The successful candidates will be
responsible for:
•Execution of high
levels of customer
care
•Process information
in response to
inquiries, concerns
and requests about
products and
services.

QUALIFICATIONS
•General education
degree or equivalent.
•Diploma in Shipping.
•Experience in
shipping, logistics and
C&F will be an added
advantage.
•Must be computer
literate.
KEY DELIVERABLES
The successful candidates for the
above two positions must be able to;
