recruit individuals to fill the following
positions in its respective sites in
Kenya.

OPERATION TRAINEES
The successful candidates will
undergo a two year training program
in production, feed/flour milling,
maintenance, & inventory
management

TO MEET THIS EXCITING CHALLENGE ,
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:-
At least a Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical/Production Engineering)
or Food Science and Technology
from a recognized institution.
Min. 1 year work experience in a
medium sized organization
Competencies – Leadership, Problem
analysis, Persuasive communication,
Interpersonal sensitivity, Planning,
Organizing, Decisiveness and
Innovativeness among others
A good attitude, willingness to learn
and computer literate
Human Resource Assistant
University Degree in Social Science
and diploma in HR Management
Through knowledge of Kenya’s
Industrial and labour laws.
Good interpersonal skills.
Computer literate – Knowledge of
Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience of two years in similar
position

KEY RESULT AREAS:
Maintain good industrial relations in
the plant/site by ensuring correct
and consistent application of
company policy, rules and
regulations in liaison with the Human
Resources Manager.
Provide timely and accurate advice to
line managers/supervisors, staff and
union officials on the interpretation
and implementation of Kenyan
labour laws, HR policies and practises
and on the Collective Bargaining
Agreement.
Implement welfare and related
employees matters including leave,
staff medical, NHIF, NSSF, Uniforms,
Workmen’s compensation etc.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
attendance records to support
payment of overtime and wages with
the provisions of the Collective
Bargaining Agreement (CBA) in force
as well as processing the monthly
overtime for the unionized staff
